Jack Le Brocq's number 19 Commodore has a new-look for 2019, with Truck Assist and Isuzu Trucks partnering for TEKNO Autosports' Virgin Australia Supercars Championship season this year.
Unveiled today, the new-look livery will debut at the Superloop Adelaide 500 with Le Brocq behind the wheel, who claimed top spot in the best of five rookies in last year's Supercars Championship.
Truck Assist's branding first hit the track at the 2018 Sandown 500, returning again this year.
“It’s great to have Truck Assist back on board with TEKNO for 2019, the car itself looks awesome, the orange on black stands out from the pack, it should be an easy one to spot on the circuit,” said Le Brocq.
“Obviously we get the chance to go testing this week – anytime you get to cut laps around Phillip Island is awesome, then it will be all eyes forward to Adelaide.
“I learned a lot throughout my first full year in 2018, now it’s about taking advantage of it.”
Isuzu Australia joins TEKNO Autosports team for the first time in 2019.
“Isuzu Trucks is very proud to be partnering with the TEKNO Autosports team, as well as NTI and Truck Assist for the 2019 Supercars season,” said Isuzu Australia Head of Marketing and Customer Experience John Walker.
“It’s fantastic to be partnering with a team that has the Bathurst winning pedigree of TEKNO, while we are also partnering with Jack on a personal level, who we see as having a bright future in the sport.”
The new TEKNO outfit will hit the circuit at the Supercars test at Phillip Island this week, before its official debut at the Superloop Adelaide 500.
The Superloop Adelaide 500 is the first event of the Supercars Championship and takes place from 28 February - 3 March 2019 at the Adelaide Street Circuit. Tickets are available here.
