Want an actioned-packed weekend for the kids? We can guarantee you'll have them occupied for the course of the four-day weekend at the Superloop Adelaide 500!
All activities at the City of Adelaide Family Zone are offered at no extra charge, and with up to four kids 14 and under admitted free on any one full-priced general admission ticket, that's a full day of fun at the Superloop Adelaide 500!
And that's not to mention the action on the track either!
1. The Big Wedgie (or the Just Right Wedgie). City of Adelaide Family Zone
Bring the bathers and get ready for the World's Tallest Inflatable Waterslide at the Superloop Adelaide 500! It's not for the faint-of-heart and certainly a thrilling adventure. With a choice between the Big Wedgie (kids aged seven and over) and the Just Right Wedgie (perfect for kids 4+) there's heaps of aquatic fun at the Superloop Adelaide 500.
2. Stadium Super Trucks
Super Trucks flying through the air throughout the weekend? Show us a kid who doesn't think that even just a little bit cool... we dare ya! Check out more info here.
3. Honda Mini Moto GP. City of Adelaide Family Zone.
The championship-winning Factory Penrite Honda team will be on track at the Superloop Adelaide 500 to coach kids in the art of riding fun dirtbikes. There's an intro track for riders aged 6-10 and under 40kg; and the Mini Moto GP will be open daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Make sure you arrive early to book your place though!
4. ADF Zone. Near Turn 10
Big trucks, big machines, and right next to the track! We keep getting told to bring the ADF Zone back each year by kids who love the chance to sit in the big chair of Australia's Army machinery. Plus don't forget the earmuffs for when the Air Force's fast jet opens proceedings before the races on Saturday and Sunday.
5. Rev It Up Racing. City of Adelaide Family Zone
Okay so we probably can't put them in a Supercar... but the kids can certainly pretend that's what they're doing when they're in the Rev It Up Racing driver's seat. These are specifically-sized for children - so they won't have any trouble reaching the accelerator pedal (or the brakes).
